ICCL Researcher Mark Boons on Crowdsourcing

The Dutch magazine .ego has just published an article of ICCL researcher Mark Boons on Crowdsourcing.

Mark gives an overview of the history and trends underlying crowdsourcing and shows different types of crowdsourcing. He also introduces his model of classifying different approaches and applications of crowdsourcing.
