Kjaer Business Model Innovation workshop at the LSE

The team built additional knowledge and capabilities on how to do successful business model innovation. Together with Harry Barkema who headed the workshop, the team also worked on the four business plans initiated during the first workshop with Kjaer’s top management team in March and further developed in the July workshop, including trajectories for implementation.

Chris Kyriakidis, COO and top management team member, approved all four business plans immediately after the workshop to be included in the annual strategic planning cycle and the balanced scorecards, as well as the first stage of implementation of all four plans.
